Skinny Minny Babe

Hollywood celebrity does this to maintain their weight, Anyone interested boleh try ..muehehe..



Pick one breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks each day, and drink 2 liters of water, including herbal teas.

Breakfasts

A small orange, grapefruit or pomegranate juice
A slice of wholemeal toast topped with two scrambled eggs, and a grilled tomato
A bowl of bran flakes with skimmed milk and sliced banana
Two boiled eggs with one slice of wholemeal toast
A large fruit salad with apple, blueberries, lowfat yoghurt, melon, pineapple and strawberries


Lunches
 
A baked sweet potato with low-fat hummus, and a side salad
A tuna (in spring water, not sunflower oil) and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal bread
A salad made with lettuce, prawns, peppers, a small handful of sunflower seeds and half an avocado with balsamic vinegar
A couscous, hummus and salad wholemeal wrap
A packet of sushi that's fewer than 400 calories

Dinners

A bowl of wholemeal pasta mixed with pesto and prawns, topped with a handful of rocket
A chicken and vegetable stir-fry served with wholemeal noodles
A baked cod fillet served with baked courgettes, red onions and asparagus
Wholemeal noodles served with stir fried veg and topped with a baked salmon fillet
An omelet made with two eggs, filled with tomatoes, served with a large salad
Snacks
A pot of low fat yogurt
A large handful of chopped cucumber
A small handful of nuts and seeds
A small banana
A small bowl of grated carrot and sultanas
